CriaChat is a WhatsApp-first, omni-channel customer communication platform built for teams that operate through messaging: support, sales, scheduling, and operations.

It brings conversations, agents, automation, and reporting into one workspace so you can run a consistent daily process — with the option to add AI capabilities depending on your plan.
